We love fatal passions in cinema and fiction, but when something similar happens in life for some reason tend to condemn people who preferred duty to a strong feeling. Why?
Since childhood, I have been tormented by one contradiction in the behavior of people, and so far I could not completely explain it. Every third film, every second book and almost nine out of ten songs were devoted to unrequited love. Or forbidden love, with a married man, for example. Or love of selfless, sudden, crazy, rising to a person like a rain or fire. All these stories aroused the lively sympathy of spectators, listeners, readers. Moreover, if something similar happened in life, there was usually no question of
condescension to lovers.
The song about the thin mountain ash was accompanied by any adult feast: “As if to me, mountain ash, / to the oak to move? / I would then not / bend and swing “. For some reason, this love languor was known to everyone. Later a song from the film “Women” appeared: “Love – Ring. But the ring has no end and there is no end “. And this philosophical package was not difficult for anyone. But in the film about a woman with a child who loved the young man, his mother, kind and understanding, nevertheless prevents their relationship, because her son is a beautiful, young, promising. He needs a couple of appropriate, and not this one with a stray child.
The mother, who was played by the wonderful actress Nina Sazonova, was treated with understanding, but still upset that she could not withstand this everyday test, because they sympathized with the young, who undoubtedly and deeply loved each other.
This list is endless. Take at least Russian classics from the school curriculum. Karenina’s story is especially remarkable in this sense. The situation is extremely criminal, scandalous. The heroine throws a child, gives birth to a new one outside of marriage;The end, as even those who did not read the novel and did not watch the film remembered, is terrible. But everything, decisively, were on the side of Anna, contrary to not only the opinion of the light, but also the plan of the author himself.
